Sharjah Oasis Real Estate Co. LLC, developer of Sharjah Waterfront City – the largest mixed-use master-planned waterfront community in the emirate of Sharjah, announced that 25 percent of its Phase I have been sold out at a brokers’ registration event on Saturday, February 10, 2018.
The company has also announced the registration of more than 200 brokerage firms and brokers, who would sell and promote the properties within the Dh25 billion mixed-use master-planned new town.
Sharjah Oasis organised a brokers’ gathering at its sales centre at Sharjah Waterfront City where the brokers were briefed by the company’s sales team who offered insights to the project and its distinct appeal as a major waterfront destination with a marina, a water theme park, 95 towers, a shopping mall, 1,500 villas spread across eight islands.
The event generated a huge interest amongst the brokers so much so that they instantly sold 25 percent of the project, before the commercial launch of the project.
“The tremendous response from brokers – who understand the nerve of the market – is a living testimony of the significance of the project and its distinct appeal as the best waterfront project in the region,” H.E. Sheikh Abdullah Al Shakrah, Chairman of Sharjah Oasis Real Estate Co. LLC, said.
“This is also a validation of the tremendous efforts, teamwork and dedication of our team and the ground work needed to build the infrastructure of the project that is going to take shape in the next few years as the most beautiful destination in the Gulf.”
Further elaborating on the quality of the villa design, environment, construction and the touristic appeal of the project, Mr Al Shakrah said: “Sharjah Waterfront City will eventually become a paradise on earth – both for residents and tourists – where families will live, work, dine, shop, get wet at the waterpark, get entertained, dive, snorkel and enjoy life.
