    Ajmal Makan” Showcases Waterfront Projects in the Al Hamriyah Area of Sharjah

    Sharjah, April 22 / WAM /Ajmal Makan Real Estate Development showcased its new residential projects on the man-made islands along the Hamriyah coast in Sharjah during an exclusive exhibition held today. The projects are valued at AED 25 billion and were presented in the presence of a number of investors from the UAE, GCC countries, India, Pakistan, Russia, China, and Europe, who are seeking long-term investment value and rental returns.

Estimates from Bayut and Dubizzle indicate that rental yields for waterfront properties in Sharjah range between 5% and 8%, further reinforcing Ajmal Makan’s position as an attractive investment opportunity.
