    Around 60% of the buyers at this event fall under the end-user category, while the remaining 40% are investors seeking rental income and long-term investment value. Participating nationalities include buyers from the UAE, GCC countries, India, Pakistan, Russia, China, and Europe.

    The exhibition featured Al Thuraya Island, The View Island, and Blue Beach Residence—all of which are part of Ajmal Makan City, Sharjah’s premier waterfront destination. Spanning 60 million square feet, the project is designed to accommodate over 60,000 residents across eight islands, making it one of the largest mixed-use waterfront developments in the Northern Emirates

    Sharjah remains one of the few emirates offering freehold ownership of beachfront properties to all nationalities—a key factor attracting global investors seeking capital growth and an attractive lifestyle.

    Estimates from Bayut and Dubizzle indicate that rental yields for waterfront properties in Sharjah range between 5% and 8%, further strengthening Ajmal Makan’s position as an attractive investment.
